Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Bridal Body. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

How does the free trial work?

Your 7-day free trial gives you full access to everything in Bridal Body. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then.

Can I change my wedding date?

Yes — go to Settings in the app and update your wedding date. Your programme and countdown will adjust automatically.

How do I reset my password?

Tap "Forgot password" on the login screen and we'll send a reset link to your email address.

Is my data private?

Absolutely. Your personal data, health information, and conversations with Bridie are completely private and never shared. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

The app isn't working properly

Try closing and reopening the app, or deleting and reinstalling it from the App Store. If the issue persists, email us with a description of the problem and we'll help you out.
